Community of Christ Emblem

Community of Christ emblem on west side of Temple. June 3, 2013
Unfortunately, this emblem is on the west side of the Community of Christ Temple. At the time I took this photo, the west side was still in shadow.  It would be several hours before the sunlight would shine on this emblem, so I decided to go ahead and take the photo, hoping that it would turn out reasonably well.

I wish I had arrived a little later in the morning. Unfortunately, the sunlight was not yet shining on the south side of the church when I took this photo.

Presumed Cornerstone of Stone Church

I presume that this is the cornerstone of Stone Church, 1012 W. Lexington, Independence, MO.  I wish that I had arrived a little later in the morning, since the sunlight had not yet hit the south face of the church. This photo probably would have turned out better with direct sunlight.
