This guest says that most of these drone sightings are actually manned aircraft. But other interviewees with knowledge of drones and how they work say that these phenomena are NOT manned aircraft. They move differently. Also, manned aircraft are required to file flight plans. If they were manned aircraft, it would be pretty easy to establish that fact.
In an answer to a question about shooting the alleged drone down, the guest stated that anti-drone technology does exist. That is true, according to other news reports; however, these reports state that attempts to use anti-drone technology against these things have been made, but were found to be ineffective.
