TOPEKA, KAN. – A Kansas man pleaded guilty to illegally possessing a firearm while facing criminal charges.

According to court documents, Leonard Rrapaj, 62, of Topeka pleaded guilty to one count of illegal receipt of a firearm while under indictment.

In August 2025, a search warrant was executed at Rrapaj’s business and residence, located at the Topeka Sports Cabaret. In Rrapaj’s bedroom, law enforcement found a firearm. At the time, the defendant was under indictment for federal charges.
